BNSF already has a union, but they can't strike due to a federal court's ruling [1], so more creative solutions will be required.

Sounds like their "creative solution" is quit.

Of course, this is predicated on the idea that the thirteen amendment will stand, and exceptions won't be carved out to force these people back to work. I acknowledge that recent events may have people questioning that supposition.


Cops have always had "the blue flu". Why is there not more co-ordinated "sickness" ? Does it invite some kind of RICO prosecution ?
