I seen it so many times. Indian companies try to avoid hiring Indians whenever they can do otherwise (i.e. for better paying positions). There are good and bad explanations for that, but all of them politically incorrect.


I would not get the point of someone telling me what I should do wirh my investment, home, or property of any kind.

If I do NOT want to put MY money somewhere actively that is not discrimination.

In fact it is denying the freedom to choose.

I do not care they hire all indians or no indians. Same for any other combination.

Because they are incurrimg the cost of doing so.
