I am working on a reverse engineering platform on FreeBSD. i know there are many tools but i want to learn more about them aswell as most if not all of them being ports, so i focus on using only libraries natively supported on FreeBSD just as an added requirement.
it wont be very innovative likely but its a lot of fun :). its my first c++ project too so getting used to the compiler doing some lifting for me which is also something i wanna explore a bit more seriously. (usually work in C).
it will also be gui first and feature the regular and some unique visualisation ideas for the involved processes and data.
after trying LLM supported / agentic workflows i decided this should be my manual mode happy place project to counter the effects of being a 1,2 presser / prompter for a lot of other stuff.
